Steam verification securely links your website account to the Rust account using the same Steam ID.

When you sign in with Steam, we receive your verified SteamID64. We use this ID to find and link your matching Rust player record.

This allows the website to show information and provide features connected to your Rust account, such as your in-game name, statistics, progression, and other server-supported features.

We only use the SteamID64 needed to make this connection. Any advantanges given to verified players will be tactically minimal

Steam authentication is provided through Valve's Steam services. Steam's own terms and policies apply when using Steam.
